Last Updated: May 28, 2020

Greater Nashville REALTORS® will phase in steps to reopening the office and ultimately a homecoming of the entire staff and membership by following the guidelines set forth by Metro Nashville/Davidson County and will change operationally depending on the phase of reopening established by Metro Nashville/Davidson County.

Each Step in the Greater Nashville REALTORS® office Reopening and Homecoming Plan will identify the Projected Start Date which may change depending on the progress of Nashville’s Roadmap for Reopening Phases. The Nashville Roadmap for Reopening Phase is also listed on each step.

The Greater Nashville REALTORS® Step start date will be determined by the CEO and will fall within the Roadmap for Reopening Phase listed, but may not be on the exact same start day of the Nashville Phase listed. This is a “living document” and will continue to be updated as we progress through each step.

The priority of this plan is the safety of our members as well as our staff.
