This Fair Housing course is provided to meet the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) mandatory three-year Fair Housing education for ALL REALTORS. NAR's current three-year education cycle is from January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2027.
Registering for a class indicates you agree to our Class Policies. Students must adhere to TREC's virtual attendance policy in order to receive CE credit AND new member education credit. While The Lancaster Institute may allow students to attend without their camera on and not receive CE credit, new members must keep their camera on the entire time to receive new member credit.
