2025 Awards of Excellence Gala

The 2025 Awards of Excellence Gala is February 28, 2026!

We are excited to celebrate with you at the 2025 Awards of Excellence Gala on Friday, February 28, 2026, at the Grand Hyatt! To ensure a seamless experience, please review the following details before your arrival.

Registration Details:

All attendees must register, including award recipients.

• Award Recipients: Select the Award Recipient ticket option.
• Team Awards: The team lead is considered the award winner and should select the Award Recipient ticket. If a team member is also receiving an Excellence Trophy, they should also register as an Award Recipient.
• Guests & Other Team Members: Select the General Admission ticket.
• Education Achievement Recipients: Must purchase a ticket to attend.

Registration closes on Friday, February 13, 2026, at 4:30 PM.

Ticket Information:

Award recipient registration is complimentary (RSVP required) and non-transferable. If you purchased an additional Excellence Trophy for a team member, they should also register as an Award Recipient. ONLY award recipients that paid the $200 application fee are allowed to select award recipient when registering (this would NOT include only Education Achievement recipients).

General admission tickets are available for those not receiving an award. If you are unsure about your award status or which ticket to select, please contact awards@greaternashvillerealtors.org.

PARKING: 

• Parking at the Grand Hyatt is available upon a first come first serve basis. Once those spots fill up there are other parking options available to attendees.
• The Grand Hyatt and Greater Nashville REALTORS® have collaborated with Nashville Yards to offer parking at the Pinnacle Towers, located next to the hotel. The cost for his parking will be $25 for attendees. For additional parking information please click here. 
• RPAC Major Investors for 2025 and 2026 will receive FREE PARKING at the Grand Hyatt. Staff will be at the hotel entrance to give you your parking pass.

ADDITIONAL INFO:

• Diamond Elite and Diamond Award recipients will be able to pick up their trophies and name card in the Diamond and Diamond Elite lounge. There will be signage at the hotel to direct you to this area where a staff member will be.
• All other Award recipients will have their Award trophies at the table they are seated at. 
• You do NOT need to be an award recipient to register and attend this event.

Menu:

• Salad (gf, v, cn): fennel, whipped brie, baby kale, spinach, spiced walnuts, dried cherries, green apple, champagne vinaigrette
• Main: filet & seabass, saffron risotto, carrot veloute, asparagus, heirloom carrots, porcini bordelaise 
• Dessert: dark chocolate stout bar and lemon rosemary panna cotta (gf)
