This comprehensive course meets the TREC 30-hour Office & Brokerage Management course requirement, which must be completed in order to take the broker licensing exam. 

Learn the regulations that pertain to being a broker, running a brokerage, and managing real estate agents. Topics include: role of the principal broker; supervision of licensees; TREC rules & policies; advertising; contracts; disclosures; property management; advertising; leadership & management principles; recruiting, managing, and retaining agents; and conflict resolution.

This course does not count for continuing education credit for affiliate brokers or brokers.
