(Aug. 4, 2025) — Metro Council will hold a public hearing during Tuesday night’s Metro Nashville Council meeting on a proposed Urban Design Overlay (UDO) and re-zoning for The Nations neighborhood in West Nashville. The proposal, now up for second reading, is intended to establish updated building and design standards that would improve housing quality and increase residential density.
