So, how did we become the number one city in America today for the worst commute, as named by Forbes Magazine?

While August saw a slight decline in home sales compared to the same period last year, the market is showing signs of promise, driven by a favorable shift in mortgage rates and an increase in inventory.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Sept. 9, 2024) – Data for the month of August showed 3,086 home closings, according to figures provided by Greater Nashville Realtors®. This figure indicates a 6 percent decrease from the 3,305 closings reported for the same period last year.
