A few weeks ago, I shared insights from the National Association of Realtors’ (NAR) annual Profile of Home Buyers and Sellers, focusing on the challenges first-time homebuyers face. This week, I’m turning the spotlight to home sellers, whose motivations and experiences reflect broader trends in the 2024 housing market.

But in my years of experience, I’ve seen that numbers alone don’t create lasting success. What truly matters is the foundation of trust, care, and support that a brokerage provides. Sadly, I’ve also witnessed people leave environments that nurture their long-term growth for ones that prioritize quick wins. Often, these choices come from a desire for immediate gratification, but they can lead to missed opportunities for deeper, more sustainable success.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (December 6, 2024) – Data for the month of November showed 2,567 home closings, according to figures provided by Greater Nashville REALTORS®. This figure indicates a 7 percent increase from the 2,383 closings reported for the same period last year.
