By now, we have all seen the infamous photos of the Nashville skyline 10 years ago compared to photos of the present day. It truly does not look like the same city! The growth and development continue to shape our house marketing and our real estate businesses. If the skyline has changed that much, imagine the neighborhoods surrounding it!
I was recently asked about the neighborhood of Bradford Hills. I have closed several transactions in that community (and even grew up in the area), but I had to pause for a second on what I knew about the current details of that neighborhood. Obviously, it is still off Nolensville Road, and still across the street from Lenox Village. But I found myself questioning the restaurants that were around plus the addition of a new park recently opening nearby... correct? Then it occurred to me, that with all these changes, even a familiar neighborhood has brand-new features and this got me thinking about getting back out and exploring my city!
Real estate is a fast-paced business, there is a lot to keep up with! Our education, new forms, and now all these lovely changes occurring later in the year! But I urge my fellow Realtors, to get out and explore Nashville! Each neighborhood in and around our beautiful city tells its own unique story - let that not be lost on us. As a Native, I like to think I know it all, but I do not. North Nashville is a great example of new growth and places to explore. When we are informed of all the best features of our 615 neighborhoods, our clients are better served.
