The Williamson County School Board has released a proposed rezoning of several schools in Williamson County. This proposal creates zone lines for three new schools being built in the district. This rezoning could impact your clients and property values. The board is hosting community meetings about the rezoning, including a recent one held on March 28. There are three remaining meetings for residents to ask questions and express thoughts. Those meetings will be from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on the following dates:
April 4 – Franklin High
April 5 – Page High
April 6 – Ravenwood High
Be educated about the rezoning so that you can answer questions from your current and future clients. Review the proposed zoning plan and consider attending one of these community meetings. The Tennesseean has a great article breaking down the rezoning plan. The school board is scheduled to vote on the plan in May.
