Pay Your Dues 

Membership with Greater Nashville REALTORS® runs from January 1 through December 31. 

Renewal information is distributed via email to REALTOR® and affiliate members no later than October 1. Unpaid accounts will receive a reminder email in October, November and December. Memberships can be renewed beginning in July when invoices are posted in member accounts in the Member Portal.

Starting in July 2024, you can renew your membership dues by paying in full. Members who hold primary membership with Greater Nashville REALTORS® have the option to pay their dues in installments.

Annual Dues 2025

• Primary REALTOR® Members: $601
  *REALTOR® members will see a suggested RPAC contribution added to their dues invoice. This contribution can be removed before renewing your dues. 
• Secondary REALTOR® Members: $280
• Affiliate Members: $280

• Member Portal 
• Check By Mail 
• Over the phone with a debit or credit card 

*Please include your name and M1 ID (formerly NRDS) on all checks or cash payments. Acceptable credit cards include Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Members can NOT use multiple forms of payment to pay dues.
