Each year, Greater Nashville REALTORS® proudly sponsors the building of a Habitat for Humanity home for a family in Middle Tennessee. The association has one of the longest-standing relationships with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville, with having built 28 Habitat homes. All 28 homes have been funded and built by Greater Nashville REALTORS® members who volunteer for shifts to help build. 

2025 Habitat for Humanity Home Build Sign-Up:

We are working with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville to secure new dates for the cancelled builds on April 3 and April 4, 2025. Volunteers who signed up for the April 3 and 4, 2025 dates that were cancelled will be emailed with new date sign-up links. If you have any questions please reach out to events@greaternashvillerealtors.org. 

There are four tiers of giving in order to become a major donor.
Foundation - $15,000 or more 
Cornerstone - $10,000 or more  
Pillar - 5,000 or more 
Beam - $2,000 or more 
Truss - $1,000 or more
