Affordable Housing Resources, Inc. 

 

Affordable Housing Resources, Inc. provides financial counseling and assistance to qualifying homebuyers who are well below area median income (AMI). Dream Streets provides family resources like supplemental groceries and student services, as well as an affordable housing grant program. Habitat for Humanity of Greater Nashville

The Housing Fund 

   

The Housing Fund provides financial assistance to homebuyers to help moderate to low-income people achieve their dreams of homeownership. The Low Barrier Housing Collective

Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency

   

The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency is the government agency in Metro Nashville offering rental assistance, home repair assistance, weatherization programs, and affordable housing communities to qualifying county residents. Nashville Financial Empowerment Center 

    

The Nashville Financial Empowerment Center offers financial counseling services to help people achieve financial stability and success in the short and long terms.
