2026 LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

Greater Nashville REALTORS® Leadership Academy is a unique opportunity to build and improve your leadership skills, not only for your real estate career, but in all aspects of your life.

Our 12-week program will expose you to different aspects of the REALTOR® Association, what it offers to the community and the real estate profession. It will also give you an opportunity to learn essential leadership skills, focusing on the importance of personal values, emotional intelligence, teamwork, change management, and conflict resolution.

You will have the opportunity to spend quality time with state and local Association leadership as well as your peers, giving you a chance to deepen your professional relationships and gain insight into your future leadership opportunities in our community.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

Our Leadership Academy is for anyone who is an active member of Greater Nashville REALTORS® in good standing. Whether you are well into your career as a REALTOR® or new to the industry, we welcome your interest in becoming more involved in leadership.

Space is limited to no more than 20 people. Participants must be able to attend all the sessions. Our application asks for the name of one person in the Association who will support your application for the Academy. This can be a Greater Nashville member broker, a current Board member or another Leadership Academy graduate.

IS THERE A COST?

Applying is free. If you are selected to participate, there is a fee of $250 due at the time of acceptance.

HOW TO APPLY

The application for the 2026 Leadership Academy class will open in January.

DATES

The specific dates for the 2026 class sessions are to be determined. The Academy is 5 sessions, beginning with an overnight stay at The Sewanee Inn. The sessions will meet between March and June.
