Instructor Bio: Sher Powers is the author of this course, and is an immediate past President for Greater Nashville REALTORS and a Division 2 Vice President for Tennessee REALTORS. She serves as Vice Chair of the Local Leadership Idea Exchange Council for NAR. Sher has taught a variety of real estate investing classes at local, state and national conventions, and was utilized by NAR as a subject matter expert in writing the current ABR course: Real Estate Investing. This class was written to provide next steps from a Think Tank that was held at Tennessee Realtors 2018 fall convention and attended by local association CEOs and their key leaders.
