TREC requires licensees to complete a TREC Core class every license term which counts for 6 of the required 16 hours. The remaining 10 continuing education hours can consist of any other TREC-approved real estate course(s).
Beginning in 2026, TREC Core will be offered free of charge to all Greater Nashville REALTORS® members.
You may contact the Professional Development Department with any additional questions regarding TREC's education requirements.
