That's why Greater Nashville REALTORS® works diligently to ensure we are advocating on behalf of our members and their clients. Greater Nashville REALTORS®, Tennessee REALTORS® and the National Association of REALTORS® are working daily to monitor legislation, policies and conversations at the local, state and national levels that will affect the real estate industry.

Greater Nashville REALTORS® has multiple special and unique events throughout the year that provide opportunities for networking, learning and growth for our members. Our Association's special events range from economic summits, fundraising for nonprofit partners, happy hour networking opportunities and award celebrations. Market Intelligence
Greater Nashville REALTORS® tracks home sales in the Middle Tennessee area each month with data provided by RealTracs Solutions. The official homes sales report is pulled around the fifth of each month for sales recorded in the immediate previous month (i.e., January sales numbers are pulled the first week of February). Single-family residential and condominium data by county is provided each quarter. Monthly home sales data includes the following counties: Davidson, Cheatham, Dickson, Maury, Robertson, Rutherford, Sumner, Williamson and Wilson.
