New Member Training Requirements
Applicants to Greater Nashville REALTORS® must complete New Member Orientation, Code of Ethics, and Fair Housing within 90 days. If an applicant fails to complete the new member requirements within 90 days, the application becomes void, forfeiting both the application and the application fee. The applicant must then reapply for membership by paying an additional $200 non-refundable application fee.

Failure to complete these requirements within 90 days of your join date will result in termination of membership.
To rejoin, you must:
- Pay a $200 non-refundable reapplying fee
- Contact membership@greaternashvillerealtors.org for help rejoining the association.
